Students at MIT enjoy unique approach to a transdisciplinary education teacher

The United States needs more science students. And we need new ideas and new programs, as they motivate young students to become scientists. We need more good science curriculum project right. Many students with immigrant backgrounds who have great potential, not in the scientific arena. To a good career in science in health care, or biological sciences, you must in the first year of chemistry at the University over. It is a very difficult course and a lot of aspiring scientists discouraged and give up before you even get started. Over 65% of American scientists are white males. Over the next 40 years, white men will compose about 20% of the population. The problem is that we produce more qualified non-white scientists, or we will lose our competitive position in the world.
A major reason that America is great in a position in the scientific community of the world’s progress that students come from countries like India and China to the United States to study science and stayed here as part of our scientific work . force Many universities show that a quarter to three-quarters of students studying abroad. This model is enforced for many years and has benefited in the United States. However, this model is changing rapidly. Science fair projects alone can not carry the load, although it so helpful in getting young students interested in science. countries of the world caught up and sometimes surpasses the U.S. with an increased investment in science education.
